1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ns60 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ns60 as the platform operator. Continued use of the ns60 platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users who are below the minimum age stipulated under Malaysian law are not permitted to use ns60's services.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only register one account on the ns60 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Notify ns60 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not sharing account access with any third party.
Ns60 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents. Accounts that cannot be verified within the stipulated timeframe may be temporarily suspended.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ns60 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited.
3. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the ns60 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are in their own name. ns60 does not accept payments from third parties.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes. ns60 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. ns60 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or legal compliance purposes.
Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As an ns60 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the ns60 platform.
- Spreading false information, engaging in deception, or misrepresenting your identity while using the platform.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities found on the platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to the ns60 team immediately.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in Malaysia.
Ns60 reserves the right to take legal action against any user who breaches these rules, including seeking damages for any losses suffered by the platform or other users as a result of such conduct.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ns60 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses related to betting activity. Users acknowledge that all wagering carries financial risk and the platform makes no guarantee of winnings under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ns60 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of ns60 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any such content without prior written consent from ns60.
Third-Party Links
The ns60 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment gateways, or verification services. ns60 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ns60 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the current version in force.
If any material changes are made that significantly affect user rights, ns60 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through available communication channels.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
